I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and men’s issues. My journey into therapy began with a deep passion for understanding how our past experiences shape who we are today. I’m trained in EMDR, the Gottman Method for couples, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means I’m equipped with a range of tools to help you find healing and connection.

I know that the idea of therapy can be intimidating, and you might feel like it’s not for you—maybe you just haven’t found the right fit yet! I have a knack for working with clients who struggle to connect with their emotions; Together, we’ll aim to create a space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me playing volleyball, diving into a good video game, or enjoying quality time with my partner and our three cats. I believe that balancing work and play is essential for well-being, and I aim to bring that balance into our sessions.
