own life and unique situation, and the therapist brings clinical experience and knowledge. Together you will explore issues that are meaningful for you. The therapeutic relationship is a vital part of this process and a key indicator of positive therapeutic outcomes; an important part of therapy is building a strong relationship with your therapist where you feel safe and connected.
